Cancellation Policy

I require a 72 hr cancelation notice. Any cancelation within 72 hrs will require lose of NY DEPOSIT paid. it will not be APPLIED TO ANY FUTURE BOOKINGS Hair must be completely washed and COMBED OUT. If not, and you do not have the wash and comb out service booked also. i will refuse to service you at that time. AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT. I WILL BE STRICT WITH THIS RULE. Styles cannot be changed in any way at time of service or within 72 hrs of service.
