Cancellation Policy

I require a 48 hr cancelation notice. 2 or more cancelations within 48 hrs will require all future appointments to be booked with a nonrefundable deposit, if it is not kept. Hair must be completely washed and COMBED OUT. If not, and you do not have the wash and comb out service booked also. i will refuse to service you at that time. I WILL BE STRICT WITH THIS RULE. Styles cannot be changed in any way at time of service or within 48 hrs of service.
